Occupancy

  1. Smoking is not permitted inside the Bungalows;

  2. All patrons & visitors must register at The Oasis’s Reception before entering the grounds;

  3. Check-in time is from 2:00pm on the day of arrival; Check-out time is 10:00am on the day of departure;

  4. Items inside the bungalow must remain inside the cabin and not swapped with those from other bungalows;

  5. No noise after 10:00pm or before 7:00am. Please have consideration for your neighbours at all times.

  6. Under 18s must not be left in bungalows unsupervised - an adult must be present at all times.

  7. Vehicles are to be parked in the car space allocated near to your bungalow and not in the other vacant sites. Visitors must park in the Visitors Parking area in the driveway.

  8. On your departure, your Bungalow must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Report any damages or breakages to The Oasis’s reception staff.

  9. Pets are permitted by prior arrangement only. Guests with pets must read and sign our pet related Terms & Conditions. Guests without pets understand that there may be pets at The Oasis’s grounds during their stay.

  10. Cancellations received four (4) weeks or greater prior to the check-in date will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. Any cancellations received less than four (4) weeks prior to check-in shall forfeit the deposit paid if the bungalow cannot be re-let during the same period booked. Cancellations received on the day of arrival or during the stay will not be refunded.

  11. The Oasis reserves the right to change the re-allocated bungalow(s) without notice prior to check-in.

  12. Any photos taken by The Oasis may be used for advertising and promotional purposes and are the property of The Oasis.

  13. The Oasis is not liable to any guest or invitee of a guest for any loss, theft, damages or destruction to any personal property bought onto these premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects and motor vehicles parked on the premises.

  14. The Oasis, its employees, agents, and/or representatives are indemnified from any claims or actions of any kind arising from any injury or harm sustained within the The Oasis’s grounds.

  15. All unforeseen and additional charges incurred while staying at The Oasis will be charged forward onto the credit card used at the time of booking for your group.

  16. You are required to sign the below disclaimer agreeing to these Terms & Conditions upon arrival at The Oasis. One person per bungalow is required to sign the disclaimer on behalf of all guests within their group booking. It is the responsibility of the person who has signed the disclaimer to ensure that all individuals within their group are in agreement of these Terms & Conditions.

  17. The Oasis reserves the right to terminate a booking at any point of the occupancy should these Terms & Conditions be breached.


Occupancy with Pets

  1. There is a $25 fee per pet to be paid at the time of booking.

  2. Pets are not to be left alone or unattended in cabins.

  3. Pets are to be on leash within The Oasis’s grounds (unless in fenced backyards of cabins).

  4. Pets are not permitted on any furnishings inside the cabins.

  5. Pet poo must be picked up promptly and binned. Waste bins are located at the front entrance.

  6. Pets should be under control and not disturbing other guests at all times. No persistent barkers or aggressive dogs are permitted at The Oasis. Dog owners must disclose any known behavioural issues when confirming a booking reservation. The Oasis reserves the right to refuse a pet to stay should we deem the pet unsuitable for any reason.

  7. Pet owners must accept and understand that there are inherent risks for your pet at The Oasis including (but not limited to);
    - Transfer of communicable illness (such as canine cough);
    - Injuries, including cuts, abrasions, bites and sore pads;

  8. In the unlikely event that your pet contracts an illness or sustains an injury within our grounds, The Oasis can not be held responsible or be liable for payment or reimbursement of veterinary treatment costs.

  9. Pets with known transferable illnesses are not permitted at The Oasis. Pets should be fully vaccinated and protected against worms, fleas and ticks for their safety and the safety of other pets.

  10. Please be aware that we do have native wildlife within the grounds, including kangaroos, koalas and possums. Pets must be supervised by their owner at all times.

  11. Please BYO bowls, bedding, leashes and anything else your pet may need during their stay.

  12. Any damage to The Oasis’s accommodation, grounds or additional cleaning requirements caused by your pet will be charged forward to the credit card used at the time of booking, at the discrepancy of The Oasis’s owners.

  13. The pet owner accepts all liability and shall indemnify The Oasis, its employees, agents, and/or
    representatives from any claims or actions of any kind arising from any loss, injury or harm that their dog sustains or inflicts upon another dog or person within the The Oasis’s facility. The dog owner shall reimburse The Oasis for all service rendered and services sought from third parties such as medical treatment in relation to any loss, injuries or harm sustained by your dog or inflicted by your dog upon a person whilst at the The Oasis’s facilities.

  14. The Oasis reserves the right to terminate a booking at any point of the occupancy should the above Terms & Conditions be breached.
